If you make a certified car purchase at Driven Cars Canada and you aren’t fully satisfied, you can exchange it for another vehicle within 30 days of purchase or 1,500 kilometers, whichever comes first. The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer.
If the purchase price of the exchange vehicle is less than the purchase price of the vehicle being returned, you will receive credit for the difference. If the purchase price of the exchange vehicle is more, you pay the difference.
We know that sometimes your needs change, and we want to make sure that you get the vehicle that you need. That’s why we offer a 30-day/1,500km exchange privilege at Driven Certified. This way, you be assured that if things don’t work out the first time, Driven Certified still has you covered.
We also have a 7-day/250km return policy if you decide that you don’t want a new car after all.
